This is a Mach460/1000 question, that will directly involve a concern about the Shaker systems.

This has been bothering me for years, but I'm too lazy to see if it has this feature.

At the end of one CD, it automatically goes to the next.
Is there a way to change that, so it will loop the same CD?
And if not,
(this is where the 05 part comes in )
I hope to god the shaker500/1000 systems have this feature.

Nothing worse than listening to a good CD and having it change....grrrr

I don't have a current Ford, but, most should have the ability to repeat song/disc/or all discs.

try the repeat function if it has it.

It probably can do it, it might just be buried in button combos...

I'm guessing to repeat one disc, hold down the #3 button for a couple seconds, to repeat a song, hit it briefly...

or just leave one CD in the changer

Bugs me, such a simple thing too....

At least with the MP3 feature, I won't have to worry about it....as much...
I can't wait to not only have a CD by the artist....but a disk dedicated to the artist itself, or ALL artists from A-C

is that a TEXT button i see in position 6 there?

so i'm guess this will have the option of reading the id3 tag information from the mp3 disks..or displaying the regualr text information on CD's that use it.

Wait, you can make playlists with the MP3's. So if that's the case, why can't you just repeat a playlist?

I think so. You can put songs into "folders" which I assume can be run as playlists

well... it's just a regular folder on the cd where you can put your music in. I guess it only makes sense to organize your songs this way (except if you're compiling a sampler of different artists...), something like

Artist\Album\01 - Title.mp3

Convert the songs to mp3 you can fit a ton of them on one disc. Then just put multiple copies of the songs in the order you want. Won't be a problem for me I Usually I like skipping around a cd(s) myself.

Dr. Zoidberg... I presume

I was assuming it would work like my Jetta's head unit, it had similiar functions...but if its the same head unit as the Foci's...

Mind posting the page on radio functions from the owner's manual if anyone has a Focus?
