2008 Warriors in Pink Mustang
i don't think this mustang is all about charity guys. it's also just a cool package for girls. it's like a pony package for ladies.
you can donate other ways, but if you want a mustang and like pink, it's a win win situation, lol.

Home run? Sorry I don't get it. All I see is a Pony Package V6 Mustang with some pink stripes, badges & stiching. How does that make it a home run?
And if you care that much about cancer, you don't need to buy a Mustang, just donate some money on your own.

The money donated is from each package sold. If the WIP package costs $500, they are donating half of the cost of the package to charity.
Ford has dedicated more than $90 million in cash and in-kind donations to save lives and end breast cancer in its 13 years of support of Komen for the Cure. This year, more than half a million dollars from the sales of the Mustangs with the Warriors in Pink package will be donated directly to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation.
05fordgt,I know its not every mustang. I knew its just the ones with the package they are donating money from. I apologize for not saying "only $250 for every warrior in pink package" instead of saying "250 for every vehicle".
I just thought that they should donate more out of the total price of the car and not just out of the cost of the package alone. Also, the pink trim vacuum you talked about, they donated out of the total price of the vacuum, not just from the pink trim package. I am just wishing ford would do the same.

personally I think this is a wonderful thought by Ford... Giving a Donation shows what? The more mustangs you see with the Warrior package the more we as a soceity will know people care... The Mustang is an advertising thing... getting the interest in breat cancer on the road instead of just on television on a few bill boards.. think you see a mustang and your already aw'd now.. a mustang supporting breast cancer,, you might consider throwing some money to help the cause... my personal opinion..
Uh, ladies, this car is for you...

Only 2,500 Mustangs will be built with the Warriors in Pink package, which itself includes everything one would get when ordering the Mustang Pony package. It's available on the V6 Premium Array Coupe and Convertible models, and will include a pink ribbon and Pony fender badge, pink striping on the rocker panel, and pink stitching on its charcoal leather seats, steering wheel and floor mats. The car itself will be available in three colors: black, metallic silver and performance white. Ford expects the sale of these cars to generate around $500,000 in funds for Susan G. Komen for the Cure along with some other fund raising efforts being planned.

It would seem more reasonable if they donated 1500-2000.
