2008 Premium pkg V6 Eibach lowered

Hi guys the rims are stock I only lowered with pro-kit, how is it give me feedback, and also tell me if by accident the springs may have been installed on the wrong end or not cuz the back seems lower than the front..to me anyways... like the front looks the same but the back looks slammed.

before

after

Do you know which way the springs were installed, tight coils up or down? The Eibach springs lower the rear slightly more than the front, thats because from the factory the rear is higher. Looks good, you are probably just to used to the 4x4 look lol.

looks great. Did you have a front end alignment done? Did you use camber bolts or something else?

you know something? i didnt have alignment done but it drives great now, it just pulls to the right slightly, but the both american muscle and mustang shop canada said the drop is too low i dont need correction kits, if i need one its $20. ill take it to ford for front alignment (if that gets the pulling done) and see what they say

Did it pull to the right before you installed the springs? You may want to take it to get checked anyways, just to be safe.

I got them for $300 off of themustangshop.ca, installed it for $300, paid 2 different alignment places so that cost $180

Most likely you need shocks and struts that can handle lowering springs. By chance did they hand align it? Or hook it up to a computer?

the jerk on the phone from that site said i didnt need struts or correction kits because the drop wasnt significant..the first place i went to hadnt aligned mustang before (kia dealership, i worked for subaru the owner was the same guy who owned kia, got a discount) then took it to a 30 year old family business alignment place and they used computers whatnot

You probally need a bump steer kit, and shocks and struts. As for the alignment, maybe the springs news to be put on exactly the same on each side ..

When you get new springs sometimes the factory shocks can't handle the stop, so it bottoms out. Get shocks that can handle a drop.

Your "after" pics look just like mine.
I had my 09 lowered right after I got it in July 08 (same spring kit).
Stock struts, no bump steer, stock jounce bumpers, ride is a bit stiffer, handles way better on our mountain roads. Tire wear is even all, around still have 7/32" tread with 40,000 miles on stock Pirelli P Zeros. Just need to be careful of those speed bumps.

Your front wheels look vertical, mine look slanted coz the fronts are shorter springs and I didn't add struts

just an idea...i installed (did that sucka on jackstands one afternoon hahaha) the steeda ultra lites approx 3 years ago and honestly i never felt a difference in the ride. lowered it juuuust enough to get rid of that horrific wheel gap in the front and back without sacrificing ride quality.

Without struts the toe needed to be screwed up inwards so I drive straight but overall looks good
