2007 Mustang

I am ready to get a new Mustang for my wife, and went shopping today. The dealers only have the 2006s here, except a GT500 that was coming off the show room floor as I went in. They all seem to be only offering $1,000 off MSRP, which at this late in the season, is not much. In another 2 months, it will be considered a low milage last years car for resale.

What I am wanting to know, when will the non GT and GT500 models to be hitting the dealers? With only $1,000 off, I will most likely wait for the 2007

She looked at a V6 Coupe today that she liked with the Pony Package, nice wheels, that was $23,xxxx. I think I would be better paying sticker on a 2007, than $1,000 off on a last years car.

Welcome to The Mustang Source Forums. Hope you like it here.
Going you should buy what your wife wants, If she wants a Pony Package, buy it for her. Especially as a 2007 model.

Youll probally be able to get a 2007 sitting on the lot for close, if not more than 1K. At least in theory. I would probally wait for the 07, newer stuff.

Oh and make sure your T-bird doesnt eat it, those dam cars from hell eatin everything.

I'm sure you can find a 2006 V-6 for invoice at a high volume dealer. I ordered a 2007 GT for $100 over invoice.

Do not forget the 2006 Pony came with standard equipment that they dropped on the 2007, but the price is the same. I would shop around for a 2006, I have seen a lot better deals than that.
