2007 GT Exhaust
There are TONS of threads discussing that topic if you do a search.
That being said, I have SLP Loudmouth's on my 2007 Shelby GT. I LOVE them! They are rather loud at start up and WOT, but normal driving they are not obnoxious and do not drone.
I like my car to be really loud so I'm planning on headers (already has an X pipe from Shelby) and cams to beef up the sound even more.

I also have the loud mouths and have to agree.
If the cars is other wise stock the loud mouths sound good. I have also had a set of the Ford Racing FR500S mufflers. Those are considered by many to be the best sounding mufflers offered for the 05-09 cars with no drone.

I really like the exhaust on my GT - it was OEM on the Shelby in 2007. But someone told me they aren't available anymore. If that's true, it's too bad. I think they would fit your bill: Loud when you get on it, mellow otherwise...never obnoxious.

Yeah, the GTA mufflers are no longer available. The GTB "bullitt" mufflers may be similar sounding. If you like how the GTA's sound then you would love the FR500S mufflers sound.
