2006 GT need new shocks/struts. what to get?

Hey guys,

Looks like i have to replace my Shocks/struts....and I wonder what should i get to best fit my set up.

here is what i have already:
Steeda Ultralite lowering springs, Steeda upper strut mounts, Shelby Tower brace, and stock shocks and struts.

Since most of the components i have are Steeda, I thought about getting the steedas. I also thinking about Ford Racing. I know the best ones to go with might be the Tokicos adjustable ones but i don't want to spend that much money.

Also, the car is my Daily.
what you guys suggests me to get? opinion? experience?

thanks for the help

I have Steeda Sport Springs along with Steeda Pro Action Struts and Shocks. Frankly I find the ride a little rough and have ordered Tokico D-Spec Struts and Shocks for their adjustability. Don’t get me wrong I am very happy with the quality of Steeda parts but need the adjustability.

I suspect with your Steeda Ultra-Lite Springs matched up with the Pro Action Struts and Shocks the ride quality should be acceptable.

I've had this combination for years and I have no complaints.

I'm running Tokico D-Specs. So far I have no complaints except that now I need more suspension and wider tires to turn faster/better.

Keep in mind if you go for the Steeda Pro Action or the Eibach Pro, that the Tokico D-Spec are about $150 more. This is the mistake I made to save the $150, now I am doing it again to get the adjustability of the D-Specs.

Get some Koni STR.Ts from Sam. They're even on sale right now.

I have Koni sports with my Steeda Ultralite springs. Good combination IMO. If you don't want or need the adjustability, than the Koni STR.Ts would be a good choice for less money, and both are on sale right now.
