I just watched the video. Awesome!

The item that got my attention was the comment that the auto trans is the same as in the T-Bird. I have a manual trans 03 Mach One so the 05 GT convertible I'm waiting to order is going to be a automatic for my wife. We have the 04 Bird and I am really impressed with the automatic.

 

Ah, man...this just makes the wait so much longer.

One question, they said the trunk space was 13.0 cu. ft., but the option sheet says 12.3 cu. ft. Is that because of the Shaker 1000 sub? Meaning the sub take 0.7 cu. ft. of space?

Or did Ford error on publishing?

 

The sub does take up a good portion of space in the trunk. 0.7 cu ft doesn't seem unreasonable.

 

Was the 5.0 sec 0-60 time for the 5-spd manual or automatic transmission?

Didn't Motorweek used to do a 1/4 mile test?

And a braking test too?

What gives?
