Which DVD?
Dealers can order extras of most items from the Dealer E-store. If you are friendly with your dealer ask him to order you one and you can pay the cost.

I talked to my Canadian dealer, and he followed up with Ford, and they knew nothing of the DVD.

Can someone please post additional details or perhaps a pic of the DVD cover?

My dealer knew that I was really interested, so he sent me everything they had on it. I was supposed to give it back, but i didnt think that I did. maybe i did, or maybe the darn housekeeper hid it from me while she was cleaning!
