I am trying to get a high-quality copy of all the Mustang commercials that Ford has put out for the 2005 Mustang. I do already have DV quality copies of the 1 minute long Super Bowl "Convertible" commercial, the 15-second "Reveal" teaser commercial and the 15-second "Cornfield" teaser commercial.

Now I am trying to figure out how to get copies of the other couple of commercials that were out. The only other ones I can remember are the "Steve McQueen / Full-Length Cornfield" commercial, and the "Anthem" commercial and then there was also one that was several minutes long with a young Military Veteran returning home. I doubt that last one ever gets aired anymore, but I wasn't sure about the other two.

Does anyone know if they still air any of these commercials? If so, on what channel, what time of the day and during what type of programming? It's been a while since I had seen any of them, but I figured if they were still airing them, somebody on the forum here would have probably seen them and might know where to look for them.

They were on the fordvehicles web site at one time. I dont see them no more

 

If you become a team mustang source member you get to see all those plus more for the 05 ,and Brad has a good collection of all the mustang commercials from day 1

 

doubt they still air them on tv anymore
if you look hard enough googling them you may still find them online, though it requires some scouring
they wont show them on tv since mustangs sell themselves, unlike the rest of fords product lineup

 

I have only seen the superbowl one 1 time and never saw another mustang commercial ever again.I'm dying to see the cornfield one.Problem is I have dial up.Talk about PAINFULLY slow!!!! I have to wait forever just to see members pics of their new rides. Can't swing any more payments though now that the stang has arrived

I was wondering the same thing yesterday while watching the opening weekend of NFL football. I haven't seen a Mustang commercial in forever, guess they're selling so well they don't need to advertise!

Whoops!, I didn't think of that. I just tried a couple of things but no go on saving. Sorry.....

 

you cant save them because they are in flash format....however after they are fully loaded(when u've seen the entire clip) you can find the files in your "Temporary internet files" directory, the file name of those commercial starts with "mst" and the extension is .swf

just copy them from there and paste wherever you want...and voila! Saved

Thanks for saving them. I saw the original coming home one from
American Dreams and if you would have seen just the last scene from
that show of the boy coming back from Viet Nam and his father giving
him a mustang and they went directly to the commercial was just
a stroke of genieus. Now the boy that was in Nam is giving his son one. One of the best commercias ever. This should have won some kind of award.

I saw one last night on FoxSports Net during the giants game. It was the one with the redfire GT getting pitched around corners. The one I saw does not appear on the web site listed above.
