Thumbs up

Ordered Legend Lime GT Premium on 11/26/04 on X-Plan from local Central Florida dealership with $1000.00 deposit at time of order. Was told 6 to 8 week delivery. What's realistic delivery date - not salesman's promises? Was also told to check back in a week for build date and VIN #.

GT Premium
Legend Lime Clearcoat Metallic w/Dk Charcoal interior
IUP
Wheel Locking Kits
Active Anti-Theft System
5R55S 5-Speed Automatic Trans.
Shaker 1000 Audio System
17" Bright Machined Cast Aluminum Wheels

I ordered my 05 Mustang GT Premium on October 20, processed same day.
Picked up the DORA and VIN on November 4 and I'm still waiting for my build date.

My order has been on a Temporary Delay in Production since the day I picked up the DORA and VIN.

My dealer also told me the car would be here in 6 weeks.

Was told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery but the UIP is delayed so it could be longer ,plus I'm guessing this doesn't include plant shut down for christmas so add another 2 weeks on that just to be on the safe side.
