Thumbs up

I'm not quite sure this is the right section to be asking this, but does anyone here reccomend a good insurance company? I'm in southern California and I know my rates will probably be higher than other areas, but does anyone know which companies are good companies? I know mercury insurance is the cheapest, but I also know they really leave their customers high and dry when they need help. I'm in my late 20's over 25, if that helps in your suggestions, and I have no traffic violations or accidents on my record. Thanks.

I have had Mercury Insurance for almost 10 years. I was in an accident in 2003, not my fault, they were extreamely pleasant and helpful. I had nothing but great customer service from them, but again the accident was not my fault. I paid my deductable and it was mailed back to me the same week. I had problems with the body shop and they sent an agent to the shop with me to get things fixed right. Excellent service. Also my rates have been going down every year with the exception of one, when all rates took a bit of a jump. AND to boot, because my last car was such low miliage when I traded it in they bent the rules and put me down below 10,000 miles driven in a year which is their minimum to save me a little more money.

I highly reccomend them.

Hi,

There are a few threads about insurance companies. You might want to use the search function.

Good Luck!
