Just looks funny with the lower front bumper and lower rear bumper painted, with the increase in body height from the black skirts. Unless...you're planning on painting the lower bumper parts black too (a la 07-09 GT500).

Eh, you're entitled to your opinion.

Just an ebay splitter, I believe it was called cv type 3. Similar to the gt500 splitter but not quite the same. I think it was like 100 bucks. I'm happy with the look of it but the install kit they send is 4 self tapping screws... Lol. I used those plus about 10 more.

In all honesty Luke, the trim restorers I have used have all worn off the second it rains. If I were you I would get a can of semi- or flat black spray paint and re spray them. I did that to my wiper cowl a yer or so ago and it still looks brand new.

Thanks Sean, I have thought about that, too. What kind of prep did you do? I know my trim has seen several different coatings over the years. I want to make sure it sticks well. I want to do my cowl, too. But, did you have to remove it or did you mask it?

Had the car out saturday I finally got the shorty headers installed on the mustang so I figured it was only fair to get it out and enjoy it on a very nice day before we got hit with almost 6" of snow.

A few pics that were taken on the Asbury Park Cruise.

Car was dirty as it was raining in the morning, but we had a blast!

The headers are working out pretty well so far. Next steps will be gears and a torque converter.

Excellent! Looking very nice out in the sun! I have staples in my foot, too. They are from one of my many surgeries due to my Cerebral Palsy.
