2005 - 09 GT Fog Light brackets

I changed up my grill yesterday and I found that the brackets that hold my fog lights in place are in bad shape. Several of the mounting holes are broken and the adjusting screws are so rusted that one disintegrated when I tried to turn it. I tried CJ Pony, American Muscle and even eBay but no luck. If someone can point me in the right direction with the correct part numbers and or a place to get them would be appreciated. I can find the brackets for the 11 - 14 cars but not the 05-09 ones.

I can't even find any pictures of the part but here they are with the lights in place. Its the highlighted eyelits that are broken. This picture doesn't allow me to show you the adjusting screw but I hope this helps you understand the parts (Left and Right) that I'm looking for

Thank you in advance
