On our way over to the car show..... starts to drizzle.... we hit a red light and before the sky opens up, I take the opportunity, jump out of the car and grab a quick pic shootingh behind my car!

Finally stops raining.....

Out of all our 05s there, Mitch's ride definitely drew the biggest crowd - maybe because it was the only 05 vert there!
(you KNOW the car is popular when the owner of the Shelby GT500KR
a few spots down <which had just recently been appraised at over $200K!> comes over and tells him 'You can sit in mine if I can sit in yours...'

Here's a GT and a V6 that were already there - strangely enough, I ran into the same mineral gray GT out on the road one day about a month or two back and spoke with the owner for a minute at a stoplight...

This was a great time with lots of great 'Stangs. Thanks to Dave for getting the group together. It was great to put some faces with the names and handles. And everyones cars were great.
Congrats to Kevin (kevinv-6) for his award at the show. His stripes, and the running pony w/ American Flag put him over the top.
Bullit also took an award- It was one mean looking dragster. It was great how Dave's brother let Kevin's kids get in the drivers seat and check everything out.

The highlight for me was Tim's awesome '68 Shelby GT350KR. A guy with a car like that (and an identical fastback at home) wanted to sit in my screamer and traded chances in the saddle - I was honored.

Group shot - with my sister in laws Redfire GT in there and a buddy of Source member JohnnyZ showed up with his sonic blue GT (on the end - thanks for gettin' his car in the lineup Johnny - and great to finally meet ya!))
