Does anyone know if the fan blades will have a chrome finish or a matte finish? Maybe it is yet to be determined but I doubt we will have an option between the two. I like the matte finish on the attached picture of the coupe myself.

Well, there was a guy on Ebay selling 18" fanblades not too long ago. Obviously there was much debate as to where he got them, but they were the fanblade wheels from the showcars. Anyway, the ones he was selling were highly polished aluminum, which I think is what is on the vert in your pic. The others look as if they are painted silver. I would not doubt if both were offered. In 1998, Ford offered the upgrade 17" wheels in both silver and machined face. No reason to hope they won't again.

FMCDEALER.COM, the catalog is G-CAT. You won't have access unles you're a ford dealer, that has been given access by FORD MOTOR COMPANY.

It would be gret if you could just order them with the car and not after through a dealer and save a grand.....

You would have saved alot more than that, you still have to buy tires. But look at the bright side, at least they finally decided to make them, for a while it didn't look good.

I'm getting 17 inch American Racing wheels for $150 per from Discount Tire. They are 17 inchers though, not sure how much the 18 inch ones would cost?

I bet motorsport will pick them up next year, if that happens they will be a whole lot cheaper. I will not wait that long, they will be mine, my mustang is worth it.

I live in Peoria AZ, and have seen a sonic blue, and a red fire test mules with the 18's, they look very nice. I wish I could get them sooner, but just like the car, it will be worth the wait.
