'07 V6 Pony Package "Flat Spoiler" Now Available?

I was surprised to see that the new "flat spoiler" from the '07 Pony Package was already available for the V6. 05mach1, who met me at Beechmont Ford in Cincinnati, OH, pointed this out to me. I thought I read here it would be around later in the model year.

Here's alloy grey just for grins...the photos of the GT500 posted in the other forum capture the intensity of the metal flake better than this one. Daylight was fading, and I was not close enough to the car.

Actually, I think I like that spoiler better than the standard one. Might be hard to clean under it though.

Alloy looks great, but the spoiler looks like a cheap rip off the Saleen TV tray spoiler.

I think the spoiler ruins the car... Nothing on it matches the lines of the car. *sigh*

re:

I thought the same thing of the wing. It doesn't look like it fits the rest of the car.

I just called and left a message for my salesman to add the "spoiler delete" option to my order. I hope it's not too late.

Yeah, that is funky! I had read the same thing, supposedly the PP was getting the regular spoiler for job 1 and wasn't going to get this until job 2. It may end up being the other way around if enough people go with the spoiler delete because of this

I think those bullitt rims are too light, I liked the darker ones better, and that spoiler doesn't do it for me either.

Yeah I have to say I don't like the spoiler either. Just doesn't look like it fits in.

I couldn't change my order without delaying the arrival date.

I'll either learn to like the TV tray spoiler or switch it out for the Shelby style or GT wing in the Accessories catalog. According to the catalog, the mounting holes are the same.
