'07 GT/CS - general tire/wheel question

OK,

I know squat about tires, but I have a local deal on some 235/50R18 on some decent wheels and tires for a great price.
The wheels are "alloys from Italy" and the tires are Bridgestones.

The thing I am unsure of is the seller says these are:
Wheel Pattern 5 lug (ok, I get that) but then -
4.41 inch or 112 mm High Positive Offset (that one whizzed over my head.)

Can I use them on my car?

Our cars are 5x4.5 or like 114.3 something like that so I don't think so. Someone back me up or shoot me down haha

Our cars need a bolt pattern of 5x4.5 inches. So, if they're not that pattern then no, they definitely won't work.

Not all five lug wheels have the same bolt pattern.

Man that sucks. A tenth of an inch difference kills it huh?
No adapter or anything either, I imagine.

Only $250 too.
Guess I could snag them for the tires and then put the wheels on Craig's List.
