Other than 18" wheels and new colors does anyone know what the differences are going to be between the '05 and '06 mustangs. What options are Ford keeping from the '05 ect...

I am hearing that the Marauder wheel is going to be an option for the Mustang. Bad move - IMO

 

I've heard rumblings of satellite radio. That'd be chool.

 

Any rumors on whether the cloth seats are going to change for '06. I can live with the print but prefer that they do away with it. Haven't seen the cloth GT seats but that's what I have on order.

 

cloth gt seats are awesome, they have the running ponys on em. Look and feel very good. I like them a lot. Instead of no design on the leather. Just my opinion.

 

Dan, what color interior? Glad to hear your opinion on the seats, I hate buying blind.

 

go leather and vinyl...cloth seats remind me too much of a LeSabre.

 

Wonder what the deal is with that new grill? V6? GT? SE? Aftermarket?
I would like to see better options with the wheels on the GT!

 

I think if they just made the current upgraded V6 wheels into a 17" size, that would be huge. It would almost be like a whole new wheel. Only not. I also think something new and original would be nice to have as an optional wheel. As much as I love the whole retro thing, some new items and unique things are needed too.

 

I want a V8 without the GT look...

 

then again I guess that would be the 2007 Shelby...

 

Just read a post on another forum from a dealer that says new colors will be:
G9= Vista Blue
T8= Tungsten Grey

The 18" wheels will be offered & now the limited slip differential will be an option on the 06 GT.

 

I wonder what the wheel width (on the 18s) and the tire size will be ?
