I dont think the Interior Color Accent Package will be avalible for 06 I looked on fords fleet website and didn't see it listed for the 06 under optional features.
https://www.fleet.ford.com/showroom/2006fle...006-mustang.asp

Some things I noticed:
1. Integrated Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) comes standard on all 2006 Mustangs
3. The interior color accent package is missing - when comparing to the '05

The link to the colors is

Dealer and I went through the 06 order sheet in CONCEPS. ICAP is still there, as well as two 18 inch wheel options, two 18 inch tire options and a pony interior package. Did not see a satellite radio option, sunroof or engine appearance package (plenum cover) option. No prices or order restrictions.

Did not work for me at first, turned off fire wall and Virus protection, still did not work. Started typing this response and went up to click on the link again to see what the error wording was, but this time the links worked. So go figure no clue.

Cool link. So vista blue is lighter than wind veil? We need a dark blue if we are to lose sonic. Is the tungsten that which was known as titanium on the show car?

Tungsten is the color used for the Ford GT. I think it is a little darker than the Titanium.

I thought the order sheet/guide didn't come out till May 15, 2005. Well anyway I was just asking about the ICAP because if you bring up those first two links the 05 and 06 and scroll to the bottom of both pages where the packages are the 05 has the ICAP listed and the 06 does not.

I don't know if the spokeswoman at the Auto show was just mis-informed but she called the color of the "silver" Mustang coupe at the 2004 Auto show Tungsten, not Titanium. Since she is just reading from a script I would guess it's accurate. And what are the chances she would make a mistake that turned out to be right later on.

I'm curious where you guys heard that the color of the show car was Titanium.

I heard about the 18-inch wheel option, but what is the "Pony" interior package. Is it in addition to the IUP? I would have liked a sunroof option too, but sometimes you CAN'T get what you CAN pay for.

They got the Vista and Windveil mixed up on that site. The Vista will be the darker blue that you see when you run the arrow over the Windveil button.

You can get a sunroof in an '05. It's called a convertible.

The color of the '04 show car was and is Titanium. Ford is using the same color on the '06's and simply renaming it Tungsten. Same color, different name... happens often.

Is this speculation because the paint chips are reversed from the car colors or do you have insight info?

That was supposed to be in the 05 also, but I have not seen it yet. I wonder how many of theother items will actually be in the 06, and how many will not show up.
