That can't be fixed! Its scrap!
I expect them to replace the wheel.
Yes, agreed. I would make the shipper pay to replace (not repair) the wheel.

That'll buff right out.

Dent Wizard. Done.

Seriously, it's nice to know someone pre-inspects.
I would understand a delay for: "they came in damaged and have to be replaced."

Maybe they used Jim Carrey's package delivery scene from Ace Ventura as training video for the staff.

Ford is Finally Releasing the 18x8.5 OE Polished Bullits. I got My First Set in Yesterday. Thanks to Totally Inadequate Packaging and FED EX'S Finest I have a Set of 4 DAMAGED UNSALABLE very Rare Wheels. I Called an Emailed Every Ford Source I know to get the Packaging Up to Snuff Before the Next Sets Arrive. I got a Call from the Packager apologizing and Wanting to remedy the Situation. I took a Bunch of Pics for them and hopefully in the Future this will no Longer be a Concern. Meanwhile I got some good Door Stops. They are a bit Spendy though! :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: I will Update when The next {Cross your Fingers} properly Packed set comes in. I went through this on the 17 inch Polished Bullits 2 out of 8 and 4 out of the 28 Fanblades I had ordered were damaged. I have to Personally Inspect every wheel I get so My Customers do not have to go through this!

I recieved an Email from Ford Packaging on the Bullits and They have revised The Packaging on the OE Bullits. The Revisions Should be in Place by the End of the Month! Bubble Packaging around the whole Wheel!

Ford has Come a ways since I stated complaining about damaged wheels. These are the Latest Packaging Issues which FORD should Easily be able to correct. This Wheel which was the third ordered to get a complete set for a customer in Europe, arrived undamaged. Had it been dropped in the Marked area though it would have been damaged also. Hopefully FORD will package ALL of their Aluminum Wheels in the future similar to this instead of my first post example. I still wil inspect EVERY Wheel Recieved and Double box before I ship out!
