05 Vs 07 Exhaust

Is it possible that the exhaust tip on 07 are shorter then the one on 05's ?

Not the rolled tips ones, the standard polished stainless tip. mine is 9.5 inches long but 07 seems at least 1 inch shorter.

Can someone that has an 07 measure the lenght of his exhaust tip to compare.

Thanks

My '07 is almost flush with the cutout in the bumper, it sticks out maybe 1/4".

I swapped out my exhaust twice on my 07 with 05+ axle backs without the problem that you've described.

The stock tips on the manual 07 GT muffler are 9.5" from the muffler itself to the longest edge of the tip (which is cut flat at the very tip). These are the standard polished SS tips.

The manual GTs have different mufflers than the auto GTs though.

The top edge of my tips extend out past the cutout approx. an inch, and mine are factory. The tips are angled, as you probably already know....

Thanks guys, I guess the difference I saw was probably on the kit used to convert to duals
