2005 Production Mustangs to appear at Toyo Tires NMRA Ford Nationals this weekend

SANTA ANA, Calif. -- NMRA Events is proud to announce that we will have two 2005-production Ford Mustangs appearing at this weekend’s Inaugural NMRA Ford Nationals event at US 131 Raceway. This is the first time that a production ’05 Mustang will appear at an NMRA event in 2004!
The NMRA would like to thank Andy Benedict, Executive Director of Global Facilities, at Ford Motor Company for bringing out two ’05 production mustangs to this event. This Inaugural Toyo Tires NMRA Ford Nationals event is shaping up to be a very exciting race. Between the NMRA Denso Ford Drag Racing series, presented by Ford Racing, and the NMRA All Ford Auto Show Spectacular, presented by Dallas Mustang Parts, this race should have enough Fords to satisfy even the biggest Ford fan.
Headquartered in Santa Ana, Calif., ProMedia is the leading event promoter and publisher for the sport of street legal drag racing in the United States. ProMedia Events, through the NMRA Ford Nationals and PRO Hot Rod & Muscle Car Nationals event series, produces 17 national three-day events that are televised on ESPN2 television that attract over 175,000 spectators and 8,500 participants per year. ProMedia's street legal publications include Race Pages, Fastest Street Car, and Over Rev Magazine, offer in excess of 100,000 readers per month.

Did you make it out to the raceway? Did you get to see the production 05 in the 1/4mi?
