I was wondering if anyone was getting 0% financing on the 05 Mustang? I am thinking very seriously about ordering one and was also wondering approximately how long it would take to get the car? I'm in no hurry but with the cars flying off the lot I might as well build one the way I want it.

Personally I'll be happy with 3.9% but I'll take 5.5% at the most.

With the new mustang being such a hot seller, my guess is there won't be 0% for at least the next year and a half. Even at the end of year clearout, there may only be small incentives, as all the derisreable cars will be snapped up very quickly.

I got 4.33% 5/yr loan.

The next day when installing the alarm, the lady I bought it from was chit chatting with me and mentioned how supprised she was I got that rate, that the lowest she had seen was 6.9. Funny thing was they seemed pretty eager to sell me the car, they also had 4-5 other GT's but only kept 2 on the lot. Others were somewhere else, they brought over mine and a black one with the bubble wrap still on the bumper. They even let me test drive one before I signed anything or even agreed to a purchase. Every other dealership I visited would not let me test drive unless I had already started the paper work and ran credit. Also got it for MSRP, down from their $5k mark up with realative ease.

I could over hear another sales person in the cubicle next to where I was, he was telling a customer that they HAVE to mark up the cars due to demand and the "fact that Ford has significantly reduced their production of the GT's untill mid 2005..." I wanted to go over and tell him to stop lying to the guy.

I seriously doubt there will be any incentives like cash back or 0% apr for quite awhile. Maybe for the V6's after the convertibles come out. Already seeing dealerships getting swamped with V6's and dropping the mark up on them.

Will the 2006's be out by september? I was planning on ordering an 05 then, but if i can grab an 06 i might as well! But will they be accepting 0% then? I was going to finance through my grandfather and he is currently getting 0% over 5 or 6 years for a 2003 ford explorer!

Be glad you're not buying a 300C, rates are 7.5-9% for those up here in Canada.

Mustangs, 4.5%. The days of 0% financing on new (desirable) cars are done for a while I think.

You want a freestar or ... whatever that 500 based SUV is though, 0%, rebates, incentives, you name it! lol...

Yeah, I think I'll skip the Freestyle, unless they make a more powerful version that's like the show car. You know, where the back can collapse to make it look like the Subaru Baha, kinda. Otherwise, I'll be happy with the 4.5%.
