Goes to show that some morons still love to drive fast without even the slightest idea of handling a car.....perhaps the same morons are the ones bidding on the car

Seems to me it was more of an accident than someone driving too fast....

That car is very repairable if his claims that the roof & doors are not damaged is true.

I bet with his wife breathing down is neck some body shop or racer will get it for a lot less then his 15K buy it price.

The way modern cars absorb and distribute impact energy throughout the structure makes me think that poor pony is glue.

Also, looking at how bent and warped the frame is at the passenger door hinges makes me say that car will never roll again.

Convince the wife that this car will only sell as parts unless some body shop out there has a magic wand that can straighten a unibody frame and body structure. The shaker 500 stereo system is worth about $ 400. I have a shaker 500 in my 05 and there are certainly better aftermarket stereos for far less. If I am not mistaken the Shaker 500 and 1000 offered in the mustang was made by Sony, exclusively for 05 Ford Mustangs.

These pics aren't very good, but if you look at the strut towers I don't see any cracking paint. The frame rails on this car are huge compared to the older SN95's.

If the story is true & they were just in 2nd gear the speeds were not that great. If the impact had been more severe it would show in the roof.

This would make a great SCCA T2 car. SCCA just approved the 05' as legal. You need to pull the air bags anyway. Sell what is good inside. Fix the front, bolt in the safety stuff & your good to go. I'm tempted.

Ah ha, but it doesn't say who was at fault. Caddy pulled in front of her but doesn't say who really had the right of way. At any rate, if the guy on ebay it telling the story correctly just the way the lady reacted shows she is a moron B)

April, that is a lightning parked next to it.

anyone that pays what this guy is asking is a stinker, that car is probably a complete write-off.

Its sad to note this, it appears to have the dealer sticker in the window, maybe has a few miles on it.
Who's to say he didn't just put the sticker back on there after the accident..

You're not thinking of putting the 05 4.6 engine into a 94 GT?

That's a lot of work I would imagine.

I've had some scary test drives when I used to sell cars but thankfully no wrecks.. although I did manage to bang up a couple of Mercedes.. (one after just 2 weeks on the job). It's a shame to see this. But yeah, like rrobello said, someone buy the Mycolor dash and there you go!

You can be doing 60 mph in second.

No not really, but if I could pick up the drivetrain fairly cheap I would probably
consider it. I am sure that it would be a considerable amount of work, but with the
front K-member out of a 96-03 the engine and transmission should bolt right in.
Unfortunately that would probably be the easy part, I imagine the plumbing and
wiring would be next to impossible.
