I thought the first movie was a joke, but the second one I actually liked. Hopefully the 3rd one will be as much fun as the last one. Thanks for the heads up. http://imdb.com/title/tt0463985/

sounds like a very thin plot and the cast is a lot of unknowns imo but i might have to go see it to see more of Nikki Griffin

i've been a fan of the movie series, but there is no mention of Vin Diesel in this movie, although they rumored a 3rd movie starring him in it making his way to "Tokyo" and challenging the racers there. But no mention of him in this movie, that stinks, I actually liked him in the first movie.

at least there will probably be some good drifting, hopefully the '05 doesn't get hit by a semi and flip, or get riced out

That's a GOOD thing brad...
If I hear Paul say 'BRO' one more time... I'm gonna have to go Chuck Norris on him...

well they are in works to get him to do the movie, I dont see how it will make any sense if it doesnt, the plot is suppose to pick up from where the first one left off, with Vin Diesel driving off in the desert of Mexico.

here is the problem that will happen they will have the stang lose to some riced out nissan (probably an S14 or some popular drift car like that) and then every single retarded kid on the street will be wanting to race you, this is gonna cause trouble they should stop making these movies as a public service, every time one comes out, the kids start racing on the streets and lives are lost.

and the stang will lose because the rice sells even though the stang kicks butt in the drift scene against these so called "made to drift" japanese cars.

the first and second movies were minor time wasters, laughable at best. Mindless somewhat enjoyable fun. But these movies really get the ricer kids all giddy. It's great to see the stang get some screen time, I just hope it doesn't get crushed like the supposed S281E in the last one. And for god sakes change the name, "Tokyo Drift"

Exactly what i was going to say rrobello. They will have the stang losing to some crapbox, just like they had that Yenko and the hemi Challenger (was it a challenger?, i cant remember.) lose to that awful eclipse and that shi**y evo.

The stunt driver that has been hired to drive the Mustang is a friend of mine. Small world.

the synopsis I have read makes it seem very cheesy. The main character is played by Lucas Black (Friday Night Lights). It doesnt look like Walker or Diesel are involved in any way. and you cant forget Zach Ty Bryan(oldest son on Home improvement) Is this going straight to DVD?

Ford needs to get the mustang out of this movie as fast as possible.

Ummm, does no one else see the stupidity of having a Mazda 3 in a movie with "Drift" in the title? In fact, os much so, I would doubt they accuracy of that info.

The Fast and the Furious was a very good film. Loved the car action scenes. 2 Fast 2 Furious was okay. Compared to the first film, this one was a bit cartoonish.

Hopefully F&F: Tokyo Drift is as good as the first film. You guys can have Nikki Griffin. I'll settle with Keiko Kitagawa.

Maybe they meant the new Mazdaspeed 6. It's supposed to compete with the WRX and the Evo. 274 horses and AWD. http://www.mazdausa.com/MusaWeb/displayPag...vehicleCode=MS6
