05 Commercial on TV
#1
My mom just emailed me. She was eating some breakfast and watching the Today show. She said when a break came on, there was a commerial with a red-fire '05 driving down a windy road. She said it sure looked nice.

I'll bet it's the "Yellow Lines" commercial. Super Stallions can download it.

What's not cool is to limit information to a select few and charge admission to an alternate message board to gain access to that information when all the other websites post it for free. :nono:

I will have to agree with that. I was under the impression that we had advertisers to offset the cost of the board. I thought this forum was very nice and have came her frequently, but I for one will not be checking this site all that often anymore. Information and the internet where ment to be free, not for the chosen few that can or will blow money on websites. Next thing we know we will have pop-ups.

While keeping rules of decorum in mind, I would like to say that some of your comments astound me. I am a relative newcomer to the site and have gained an immeasurable amount of information about my '05 GT. I appreciate all of the input provided by members and especially appreciate the sacrifices that Brad and the other administrators of this site make to keep it running so professionally.
The reality is that complainers such as yourselves are only truly happy when you have something to be upset about. Either that or you are just too young to know what it takes to maintain an enterprise.
To Brad and the rest of the site, don't let these infantile grousers make you think that people don't appreciate the effort. The vast majority do. As for the others, it's impossible.

Also..........there alot of free things on here you would need to hunt all over the net for. This is a class act site and Brad (along with others) do alot of research and hunting for stuff we like for free so you don't need to.

Although I fully thank Brad and appreciate all he has done (this is a great site), OTOH, if I donated money to every site that I post on, I would be out a lot of money.
A chosen few I do donate to, but not all...on a site like this, I feel like I've added a bit of wisdom, advice, and a nice video, so I'm doing my part to inform the Mustang world.
I think it is fine for Brad to have the Super Stallion thing, the way I understand it is that it is basically for those that want to donate money willingly, I don't think he is "holding out" on us for money. Therefore, if someone posts a link to something freely available somewhere else, I think that is fine as well. In fact, I doubt Brad would disagree with me.
The guy didn't say "Don't donate money to Brad" he just said this commercial is also available elsewhere (and in addition, he did not give the proper link anyway. I already have the commercial, so I don't personally care).
