Has anyone ever used something like this Voltage Stabilizer
I have heard that Japanese imports gain from the use of this item
Just wondering if it works on the mustang or is it a waste of money.

Absolute

Battery itself is an excellent Noise Filter.
Extra Ground Staps are superfluous.
