Worst 2003 Cobra EVER
#26
That mileage is pretty high for a rare car. It was probably an everyday driver and beaten everyday if the outside looks like that. You could easily get a used 2003 Cobra for less and in much better condition!

That is disgusting. He would have to pay me to drive it, much less own it. $30,000?
I am speechless. That is a lame price. See my topic on a sweet Cobra I found on ebay for an example of decent pricing on a decent STOCK car.

Why would you ever take an '04 GT over a an '01 Cobra? The ONLY thing the GT could possible have over the Cobra is a warranty that is still good (keep in mind that when the 99-05 Mustangs got their "upgrade" it was in '01 so there aren't any real differences besides the powertrain and suspension). Not that I am saying there is anything wrong with the GT but come on:
4.6 2 Valve SOHC with 260hp vs. a 4.6 4 Valve DOHC with 320hp (yes, they fixed the hp "problem" from the 99 Cobra, hence no '00 Cobra, except the Cobra R which was a different engine anyways) with LOTS of hands on time in the SVT shop, upgraded seats, and an IRS (which lots of people will argue, but we aren't talking SN197 live-axle vs. IRS, we are talking SN95 live-axle vs. IRS). Let alone a great looking new front fascia. I just feel bad for the '01 guys who had to see their hoods go to all the later SN95 V6's. All in it's defense, Roush still used it, and he made some sexy cars from that generation.

It was the '99 that had problems (they made Cobras in '02 but they weren't sold here...Brad's Timeline is second to none, trust me). Did you read my post, because it said all of this already. There aren't that many differences between the '01 and the '03, they just add up to a lot more power (mostly the blower).
