Wheel Spacers

Hi....I'm new to the board, so please be gentle.

I just purchased 4 Halibrand Cobra III Deep Dish Chrome wheels for my Mach. The rear wheels fix great, but the front hit the rotors. I added 1/4 spacers and shaved the rotors down with a grinder. Now every thing fits perfect. Plenty of clearance that the rotors.

My question is....does any one know the maximum size wheel spacer I can use on both front and rear to give her a wider stance, but still keep the tires inside the wheel wells so it will pass inspection????

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Not sure how far you can go out. But anything over 1/4" I think your gonna run out of threads on the stud, so you'll have to replace themwith longer ones.

Btw, to the site.
