I would second finishing the whole exhaust! You'd probably increase mileage too. lol

Yeah you will notice a difference. You will of course need to update your tune. If you go with 24# injectors you probably won't need to get a new MAF. If you plan to go with 30# injectors you will have to buy a MAF that's calibrated for the aforementioned injectors.
