What do yall suggest

What do yall suggest

I plan on painting my gt sometime soon but i can decide what color to go with.At the moment my car is white.so should i stay with white or go with something like sonic blue or bright atlantic blue??

Unless you planning on stripping it all the way down, engine bay, door jambs and such, just leave it white. Maybe like a pearl white or something like that.

Yea it's a 94, my engine bay I sprayed black and my new motor is all black and polished , and my interior is black and white !!!

99 pony i guess your right sounds like twice the work to paint it a diffrent color :/...how much was it for all that you had to do GT94?

Well the expensive part was the paint it is not cheap at all, I taped and plaste off my whole garage and did everything in there, you need 400,600,800,1000,1500,2000,3000 grit sand paper (always wet sand) primer, top coat and clear coat. The primer, top coat and clear coat cost me about $500 plus sand paper and bondo other $100 do for about $600 and 15 hours of time I saved a lot doing it myself and I was shocked how I did on my first spray job on my car!!!!

Yeah thats a big saving usually pain jobs run over 1000 dnt they?

Before I did it I went and got 2 estimates one for $3,000 and the other $4,100 (they wanted $980 just to paint my hood)

I had to wait 30 days and then I paid $150 to have the car buffed, polished and waxed!

Its all in the prep work, don't skimp on that otherwise it will show in the paint.
