However, if you do go for the cams, make sure to check clearance, and there is no PTV contact. I have pictures of my old motor after 278 Comp Cams had their way with my motor. #4 valve bent, and #8 broke off and went for a ride inside the motor.
Boy was that fun times. On a related note, I still dont think that was really a problem with the cams Rich.. I think that was an installer error, like they didnt get timed right.

Also remember that the pistons in mine were not dished. Hence the need to check clearances.

I think I'm going to wait until next season to get everthing, then I can do tires, wheels, suspension, and new tunes all at once and get it over with. The only problem with that is controling my child like urges to buy parts for the car.

All depends on what you're looking to do really.
It seems like the most popular first mods are exhausts and lowering springs.
