I'm trying to get my father to buy a 2004 V6 'Stang. So far he has said no because 'You can't get anything into them' and 'you can't drive them in bad weather.' he is going to get something good within the next year and a half (he has been driving a toyota sr-5 for the past 17 years and so far, no radio, air condishing (lol) and no window roller-downer handles) he loves porsches and may get one but teh stang is only, get this, $12,675. and i mean, you could get a mach 1 for less than a porsche. any suggestions on how to convince him? thanks!

Pics are worth a thousand words...not to mention the info alone on this forum should put to rest any doubts. Just point him in the right direction and it'll fall into place. heck,I just got an 03 GT and I live in NE Ohio...I'm not worried about winter.

All you have to do is show him the comparative upkeep costs of the two different cars.
I think it's funny he thinks you can drive a Porsche in bad weather better than a Mustang. A 959 maybe...

Let him buy a porsche! After driving a sr-5 for 17 years let the man get what he wants and deserves.
