Trying to achieve hp

I'm trying to get my 94 gt have get more horsepower, i'm thinking it makes about 185 or 190 to the wheels.
What could I do to bring it up to at least 250?
I have a fender cai installed
bbk pullies waiting to be installed.
planning on getting shorty headers with a xpipe and flowmasters
What kind of other mods would help my goal? It's also my daily driver

all the mods you listed will not add up to much other than to much effort. Save up and get a super charger for it or better yet save up and get a newer car. Sorry but that's what I found ut when I was rebuilding the engine in my 00 gt. Everything I looked in for power adders was just to expensive for the low hp gains I would have ended up with.

DO A P.I. (Performance Improved) HEAD SWAP ON YOUR CAR!

Changing the heads on ur model with heads from A 99-04 will DRAMATICALLY improve your performance. As a matter of fact I think after a PI swap your engine will actually be BETTER to work on.

I believe this is because you end up with a better compression ratio or something

This and a tune should have been ur first mods lol

Good luck !

It's not necessarily the "best" but is no slouch by any means.

On stock engine internals, you can have up to 400rwhp with a supercharger.

That's if you plan your build carefully and make sure you have all the right supporting mods.

N/a it is a slouch lol. But still a reliable motor

Eh it's just like any other car on the road, nothing special here.
It's basically a toyota camry in terms of taking off and power wise. I've been reading about how they got 240hp out of the 94 cobra. Wouldn't just putting cast iron heads with a upper and lower I take make 240? Or is their more to it?

A lot of people do the gt40 head swap which is the heads off the 94-95 cobras but if you're gonna do head might as well wake it up better with good flowing aluminum heads. My 95 (which I bought built) has gt40 heads, e303 cam, trick flow upper and lower intake, pulleys and 4.10 gears. Has nitrous hookup but I don't spray it so I bumped timing back up from where they used to spray on it and if I put new tires and a clutch on it I would be running real low 13s possibly touching 12s in the 1/4. Stock 5.0s are very slow but a little work and they will move

Agree! Don't know why the previous owner of my car wouldn't have put long tubes on when they built it bc I would've but oh well. .

Well looks like I have my next mod in mind.
If I get the gt40 heads, I'm going to need a new intake manifold right? Plus wouldn't I need a bigger good for clearance ?

No, you can run with stock intake and hood, you will just need a tune to make it run efficiently, you can get the intake and still need a tune and prolly injectors and calibrated MAF but the hood is good unless you go intake spacer and other mods
