I was waiting to get an 05, but with all the talk about Ford cutting corners (not 18" rims, no intake cover, etc.) on the 05 I decided to wait on the S197 for a couple of years to see what special edition Ford brings out.
That being said, I traded in my 98 for an 03 Mach 1. Man I love this car . The power is great and the styling will hopefully be timeless. This car should hold me over until they get the S197 all straightened out. As soon as it stops raining here and I can get the Mach washed, I'll post some pics.

I'll get some pics ASAP, it's been raining all day here. The color is white. There aren't alot of white Mach's around here so it will be little more rare (at least in this area). I really like the white/black contrast.
I should have it registered at Mach 1 Registry by the end of the day today or tomorrw. Thanks for the reminder.

The white absorbs the bugs' blood and crap like a sponge, unless washed right away. In due time he could have a Screaming Bug Yellow bumper.

It can get to be quite noticeable.

BTW...I noticed in your signature, you have listed that your black Mach was 1 of 1611. I know that they only made 814 Oxford White Mach's in 03. How do I go about finding what number of the 814 I own?

He just meant that his was one of the 1611 cars made, not that it was the first of the 1611 made. So, you would be proper in saying you have 1 of 814.

Congrats on the Mach1. There awesome cars no doubt! I havent seen many white ones either and Oranges ones but I want a Orange one because UT football rocks!

 

You're welcome. I had a white Mach 1 before the black. I live in N. Florida where the love bugs are a real problem for two months out of the year. I also had a 2K white S.E. GT and had the same experience.

 

I would look inot a clear bra.

Keeps the front safe and its not very noticeable.
