Too lean bank 2 98 mustang gt
Howdy!
Too lean means that: There's not enough fuel going in to that side's bank. Bank 2 is the driver's side cylinders. It could be one or more injectors aren't working correctly. They may need replacement. And if you're doing those, do all 8. Having said that, it could be a fuel pressure regulator, but you'd think both banks would have that problem. It could be a fuel filter, but same thing. It could also be a problem with the oxygen sensors on that side, which would need replacement.
But honestly, that's a shotgun parts cannon guessing game attempt to solve the problem. The 98 being an OBD2 car should allow you to get a scan tool to do some pinpoint tests to see where the problem really lies, and I'd suggest that before buying anything. It could be a loose/corroded wire is 'all' it is, after all...
Welcome to the forums!
Hope that helps!

Glenn, I think you need to put air in the spare tire. I think that'll help. Not sure, though, could be the blinker fluid's the wrong kind, get that DOT26 kind, that's universal. Be sure to use a flush on the blinker system.
