suggestion for auto shift kits and valve bodis?

Instead of adding a shift kit, look into doing the J-mod for your valve body, or finding a shop that does it.

The Jerry Mod (J-mod) basically modifies the valve body in your 4r70w to give better shifts and quite a few other things. Its a very good mod. Check out http://www.tccoa.com for some write ups on it. The 4r70w was designed by Jerry W. When he worked at ford. Now he is one of the brains behind SCT.

haha, yeah i councelled Glenn on tranny's on AIM, he didnt even know C-4s had reverse, i guess its better to learn and ask questions then to go on uneducated

Ford racing tech line suggested a company called Lentech. Ph #613-838-5390. I looked up their website and they had quite a selection of valve bodys,trans. etc.
