Service engine light on and car running rough

Service engine light on and car running rough

Ran ODB2 meter and it comes back fuel running lean. Wondering if this means that O2 Sensors are definitely need replaced or if this could be a vaccuum leak.

Just car out of shop. Ended up being fuel filter and also had a hole in the line. All fixed now and Stang runs like new.
