Sad Day...AFBLUE is gone

For the first time in 12.5 years I'm without a SN95 mustang... my Moonlight blue 96GT aka "AFBLUE".

I sold her today. The car became known as AFBLUE back in 2001 when I got a personalized license plate.

When I joined themustangsource.com back in December 2003 I used the username "AFBLUE" in honor of my stang. It has since become my online mustang name on quite a few sites.

At least she went to another mustang enthusiast.

Before I left, I got one last picture with my first mustang.

I know how you feel, man. I felt the same way when I saw my Rio (Vermillion) red '98 drive away with it's new owner.

Mark, I'm sorry to hear about this bud! I don't even want to know how I would feel if I didn't have my car anymore. Gotta be tough, I'm sure.

Ok it wasn't that sad, but I'm a sentimental guy. I've had that car longer than I've been married (by 4 months). It was my last "single guy" present.

I do enjoy the cash and extra garage space

At least you parted on your terms .....
Hoping I don't get to a point where I have to do the same.
