Replacing Driver door lock motor

2000 ford mustang gt convertible, I got the door panel off, speakers screws all that, I jst need to take off one thing but its a pain, I need to disconnect the lil pole that goes to the key whole, any ideas? I tried disconnecting it from the bracket but no luck lol

Thank you, I was looking at that while I was doing it too but he's doing the passenger side, the drive side had another hook but after 3 or four hours lol I figured out. Thanks though

The only problem I had was getting the white clip to pop open allowing me to remove one if the rods.

It was ***** lol but I learned, ya the clip was bugging me too especially the one to the door lock
