FRPP site states that the 5.0 Cammer is a variant of the 4.6 Cobra motor. Well is it possible to swap 4.6 DOHC in the Mach 1, put in the cammer, and still use the shaker?

Suggestions are appreciated.

 

It could be possible, but you're gonna have to fabricate new mounts for the shaker scoop, re-route the tubing for the shaker and air-intake (it uses the FR500 intake, so it has dual throttle bodies and dual CAI's), and also you will definetely need a new hood for clearance, as well as, cutting a hole in it for the shaker. But why would you wanna do that? Why not just get a 5.0 stroker kit for the 4.6 Mach DOHC? It'll save you the $15K for other mods. JMO though.
