In personalizing a tag, I look for a relation to the car, sort of a blend that is specific to the model rather than a message about myself or a personal feeling. In other words a glorification to the car not the driver. This is my position on the subject and not intended to flame anyone who prefers the opposite.

I currently have:
NEROTXN
"Neurotoxin is the main lethal component of the cobra venom. It binds to a receptor on the muscle, therefore preventing the nerve impulses to induce muscle contraction, leading to the cessation of breathing and death."
I usually switch my vanity plate each year/birthday. In April, I retired my old plate:

Instead of customizing the plates themselves, I was thinkin of putting something on the plates frame.
Something along these lines maybe http://www.gunthergifts.com/premchromlic.html

I had an older 88 that said FOXTROT. It being a FOX chassis and ponies trot and all. Figured other Mustang owners would get it. I didn't care if anyone else did. Since I'm planning on getting an S197 I've been thinking of something I could use for it. I was thinking maybe DEW IT but then people would think I drink Mountain Dew or something. Besides, its not really the DEW platform either (at least thats what Ford says, so who am I to argue?).
