I've been like a mother with a sick child for the past 3 days. My 2003 Grey GT is suffering from multiple hood strikes and it doesn't seem to hold up very well. I have a lot of primer showing and I was afraid to let it go on. Anyway, my local Ford collision center is busy taking it down to the fiberglass and repainting. Anyone else having these symptoms? I hate to hide it under a bra.

This should be in the 1999-2004 General Mustang Discussion board

I have a 97 and it has nothing like that. It should still be a warranty issue, right?

Oh, and welcome to the site.

I have read on the Mach 1 boards of a few cars having this, but nothing widespread. Hopefully the new paint will solve your problem.
