paint is more expensive and will scratch over time. some vinyl will rip and chip, i picked vinyl though.

for stripes, it seems that most go with vinyl. You can take it off later down the road if its something you dont like or if it gets faded.

If you go with vinyl, make sure to go with a high quality as the cheaper stuff can fade easier in a shorter amount of time.

sure, take the vinyl off in a couple of years and you'll still have stripes where the paint undernieth didn't fade so you might as well go with paint. looks better anyway

well, just to let you know, i checked out a local vinyl guy. he does every sort of sticker, he made my window decal, he can make custom vinyls, and everything. so i talked with him and stripes like that would prolly cost around 65 dollars. and the vinyl should last for 6 years, its high quality stuff. so i'm thinkin, since i'm having an out of money experience i thought even if it fades or tears in a couple years, i can take it off and buy another one, maybe this time another style. so imo i think a vinyl would be better for the money.
