I like my wheels but they are 8 years old and getting scuffed in spots. Should I get some of the same ones, Ford Racing Bullitt wheels, or aftermarket?? If aftermarket please post a picture of what you think.

You are probably not interested but I am selling my stock 16" V6 rims and tires.

Also my dad has a set of 17" bullit rims for sale like this. He put Cobra rims on his 02. He wants $500 for his.

IMO I think these look sweet on 94-98 Mustangs:

They're not overly flashy but the look sharp!

get aftermarket. heck get ANYTHING as long as they aren't bullitt/torq thrusts or cobra wheels.

get something different, because everyone puts cobra and cobra r's on their stang.

I say get what you like and you think looks good on your car. Sure bulllitts and cobra R's are over played, but they look great in my opinion so if you like it, go for it. Ford has made some of teh best OE wheels in the automotive industry.

If its an aftermarket wheel you like, then get em, even better since they will be completely different!

Problem Scott, I like ALOT of wheels.

I like the Bullitts. No Cobra Wheels, I would feel like a faker. I saw a Mustang GT the other day with some sweeeeeeeet aftermarket wheels but darn they are pricey!

I got a really good deal on a set of the 2000 GT SE wheels (the car that came with the mutang gt stripes up the hood, 01 hood and side scoops, and machined 5 spoke wheels). They were not my first choice, but I got the whole set for $200 and they were practically new. You do not see the wheels with the machined finish much so they are kind go different. Look good on the 94-98 bodystyle too.

If you go aftermarket just don't get any of those spinners...

I was looking at the rims Donna is talking about because they would be so easy to clean compared to most rims.

The rims Donna posted are not only from the '99 and '01 Cobras. Ford fitted them on the last of the '04 GT's.

As for the thread's topic: consider Ford Racing FR500's, I think they look great.

I think these rims look very good. Thats my opinion and I'm sticking to it.
The bullit rims for sale came off this car from the factory. Ignore the date on the pic. It was wrong in the camera.
