a friend added a chin spoiler to his true blue GT and it really set the car off.

I think it is one of the best, cheapest mods for the 99-04's, along with the Mach1 grille.

 

Man that front license plate indent really stands out in that pic to me. I hardly notice it in most pics.

I like it, but don't love it. I'm thinking that something painted might work, but might be too much. It's class and cool with a line in the sand.

Actually, go for it as long as Bridget gives the OK. You've been wanting this forever. It gives the lowered look without the hassle and the teases by yours truly. I liked it a lot on Skip's maroon one, so why not on Caroline? Do it. No stainless steel lettering on the back for sure though.

I've been undecided since the Machs came out.

 

yeah it looks good. but it just seems like everyone and their sister has one now. have one on order. dont know if ill put it on or not. my mom has a yellow 03 gt vert. might just give it to her. i really want the 03 cobra bumper and dont think it will work with that. atleast we got her car back from the body shop. gonna give it back in a couple weeks to paint the hood scoop and spoiler black and fill in the lettering on the back.

I worry how my car looks to me. If I had a newer GT I would get the chin spoiler even if everyone and their sister had one. I think it looks sharp.

 

Get it from your local dealership.. it's cheaper.

Or find a friend that is getting rid of theirs. Scored mine for $20.

yeah thats why i ordered it. should be here tomorrow or monday. yeah i got mine for 59.95. and the dealers around here wanted 100 and could get it for 80 with a friends discount. but they wouldnt let him get the discount on the cobra parts i wanted.

 

I think it's a great idea. Besides if you don't like it you can always take it back off.
