Went and looked at a new 2013 GT, at our local Ford Lincoln dealership. It came with Recaro's, Brembo's, 6 speed, and the P-Zero summer's...Wait for it...$35K.

Black, no stripes, small rear spoiler, very clean, 420hp....yep, I was drooling.

Seriously tempted. I guess they are clearing the way for 2014's....I mean SERIOUSLY tempted

Big problem, the wife was seriously tempted as well.

Not gonna happen with 2 kids in college...:/

 

I'm sure it was very tempting.. However, they could've done a little better on the price, assuming the price included eligible incentives. My 2013 was only a few hundred more, after incentives. BTW, my kids have graduated college already. There'll be more sweet mustangs in your future ..I'm sure!

 

Yep. Cant wait for the 2015's. I have been following the 2015 discussion/rendering thread on this forum closely, and some of the ideas are stunning.

If Ford(and no reason to think otherwise), hits it out of the park like they did with the MKZ, and the Fusion, the Mustang should be a real head turner.

If they power it up like they should, with the IRS, and less weight, maybe we could jump in the ring with the Vette, and Viper...???
