Well i wanted to do something with my spoiler either remove it or change it somehow. I got some 3m matte black vinyl and wrapped it. I really like the way it looks from the back. Im just not sure if it looks out of place from the side though. What do you guys think?(sorry bout the crappy cell phone pics)

With the mirrors and the B-pillar trim and tinted windows it looks great!

did you used that matte black vinyl for the trunk deck lid panel??

 

No the trunk deck lid panel is the honey comb panel from American muscle. However you could easily do it with the vinyl for a much cheaper alternative

 

I know vinyl decal cost around 20 buck instead 140 of the honeycomb

 

Remember, the Mach 1's came with the black spoiler from the factory and they looked good! Your photos kinda make me want to do it too!

I think I just might, but not with my roush spoiler. Maybe I'll do it on the Gt one, and save it for if my roush one breaks

 

Cobra r

 

I'm not sure what that means. Are you suggesting that you like the cobra r spoiler? Honestly of all the spoilers out there for a mustang, that one IMO is among the ugliest. It is huge. I mean I know it is on a limited production race car so it is forgivable, but on a regular gt that's gonna be a no go for me. I like the 03 04 cobra spoilers better than the cobra r.

Just please don't do with the Saleen! The gt spoiler, roush, and corba 03'-04' lip are my only considerations.

 

Ha yeah that saleen one sticks out a mile. The only one I would ever change to would be the cobra one

 

I like the saleen one but for the 94-98 the one or the new edges are ungodly huge

 

Yeah the new edge one is the one I was talking about. No disrespect to anyone that has one. Just not my favorite
