Just bought an '02 GT. It already has High flow cats, X pipe, Flowmasters, and BBK CAI. Unfortunately, the previous owner put this ugly as* flame gage cluster background on that I cannot stand. I would like to install the white face gage background and some bullitt pedals. Can someone tell me how hard these are to do (would I be better off having it done professionally?) and where you recommend I buy these things? Thanks.

The white face gauge kits are everywhere. Ebay has a ton of them. I've never done a set on a mustang, but if you have a Haynes manual, some tools, and patience, you could do it in an afternoon.

If $ permits I'd look into the Autometer cluster. I'm looking to get it for mine in the near future

The dead, clutch, and brake pedals are not that difficult. The trottle is a pain. It is next to impossible to put the pin in it once it is removed from the existing one, which by BTW, it is also a pain to remove. A 2" #8 screw and nut is an alternative but the pedal is not completely secured, it wiggles a bit. There is a kit with the full trottle body available (www.gefracing.com) has is. It is more money but it might be worth it.

It just takes patience because it's not fun.
