intake back fire and computer programming

when i am sitting at an idle and i hit the throttle there is a back fire up through the intake? would my mass air anything to do with that? and where can i send off my computer to get it program for what i am set up at?

sounds like the ignition timing and you shouldn't have to send off your comp just call a chip/programmer company tell them your mods and they will burn a chip that fits in the J3 service port

But what companies do this kind of stuff.. i tried to find something online i seem to not know what i am trying to find i guess

i got my intake backfire fixed. i added a bigger mass air, and set my timing to 13 btdc
